Report Requests

The Compliance Department is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am, excluding holidays. To receive a copy of a releasable* report the following is required:

1. Request a copy by calling 318-274-2418 or emailing publicrecords@gram.edu 
2. In the email be sure to provide all agency or personal information.
3. Send printed requests by email or U.S. Mail address to:

• List the name of the complainant filing the report and the date the report was filed.
• Copies of reports are available only through the Compliance Department  during business hours.
• All information must be verified prior to the report being released.
