Pay Periods

Faculty:  Faculty on 9 month appointment receive:
  • 50% paycheck on last working day of August
  • 100% paycheck from September thru April
  • 50% paycheck at end of Spring Semester in May

Paychecks/stubs issued monthly on last working day of the month or as announced due to observation of designated holidays

Faculty on 9 month who Select Salary Deferment:

  • One-Twelfth paycheck (annual 9 month salary divided by 12) starting in August and ending in July –

Unclassified & 12 month Fac/Staff: Unclassified & 12 month Faculty/Staff receive:

Paychecks issued monthly on last working day of the month or as announced due to observation of designated holidays
  

Classified: Classified employees on 12 month appointments are paid biweekly over 26 pay periods.

Paychecks/stubs  are issued on alternating Fridays or an announced date due to observation of designated holidays.

New classified employees should remember that due to a one-week lag, you possibly may not receive your first check until you have worked about three weeks.  At that time, you will receive a check for the first pay period  for which you worked.
