Mr. Seals has a broad and diverse work experience background and found that teaching offers the opportunity to shape and stimulate future leaders' minds. With the experience of working with children of all age levels through tutoring and teaching, he has the most prolonged experience with college students and activities outside the traditional classroom. Mr. Seals has worked with students in the evenings pursuing alternative education and has learned how to work though challenging environments with students from many different levels of skills. This has taught him to be flexible in his teaching to find what brings out the best in each student. Mr. Seals has a diverse background with much to offer and has worked with many students from all types of educational backgrounds.
Mr. Seals has worked as a tutor for K-12 children, a volunteer at the neighboring community centers, and at Grambling State University QEP Math Clinic. Mr. Seals has performed many tutoring services for students in the community, got his first experience as a full-time classroom teacher in the areas of Mathematics and Physics in 2006 at William Fleming High School in Virginia. The last 8 years he has been an instructor at Grambling State University.
