Project Overview:

The Frederic C. Hobdy Assembly Center will receive a major visual overhaul to include the main arena area along with the lobby and concourse areas.

The obvious addition will be a new center-hung structure with four large 10’x23’ high resolution 3.9mm indoor video screens providing fans with live video replays and statistical information in real-time.  As well, two additional large 10’x18’ LCD screens will also be included on the end walls of the arena to enhance the game experience and heighten the visual exposure for non-athletics events such as concerts and commencement exercises.  Also included are the traditional scoreboards throughout the venue for scoring.

Hobdy’s main lobby will also welcome fans with a new high-resolution 7’x12’ video screen to display athletics footage of the past and present along with directional signage and event messaging for all visitors for any occasion.
