IT Security Alert

The Information Technology Center has deployed additional security measures for your Office 365 account. 

Action Required Immediately

  1. Log into your account via the “Office 365” link on the GSU homepage. 
  2. If prompted, click “Next” to setup the additional required information.
    Note:  If you do not see “Next” but are prompted to enter your text code, your account is already activated.  No further action is required at this time.
  3. Setup at least 2 options (ex. SMS and authenticator app).

 

Why is IT Implementing this Solution

Multi-factor authentication (MFA), also called 2-step verification, is a method of authentication that requires the use of more than one verification method and adds a second layer of security to user sign-ins and transactions.
