Campus Advisory: Homecoming Street Closures
Students, faculty, and staff are advised to be mindful of the following updates and changes to parking and traffic flow during this week’s Homecoming activities from October 31 – November 2, 2019 throughout campus.
Event Road Closure – October 31, 2019
- Main Street will be closed on Thursday, October 31st from the Corner of Main Street and Central Avenue to Reed Street (Near Grambling Hall).
Event Road Closure – November 1, 2019
- Main Street will be closed on Friday, November 1st at Noon from the Corner of Main Street and Reed Street to Hutchinson Street.
- Robinson Street and Johnson Street will be blocked at the corner of Main St.
- *Parking areas near the rear of Brown Hall will be only open to students residing in Hunter/Robinson dorm.*
Please note that Main Street will be a pedestrian friendly pathway throughout Homecoming 2019.
