HOW IT WORKS

PROGRAM PRICING – $24 PER CREDIT HOUR

REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Upon registering for courses, you will be automatically enrolled into the program. Once you've successfully selected your courses, the bookstore will start preparing your order.

VERIFY YOUR ORDER

Starting 30 days before the first day of classes, you will receive an email to verify your order and select your fulfillment preference.

RECEIVE YOUR TEXTBOOKS

An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships. Your digital materials will be delivered for your course(s) within Canvas.

OPT OUT

We encourage students to enjoy deeply discounted and guaranteed course material for the first day of class. We also understand this program may not meet the needs of every student. If you do not wish to participate in the GRAM Bundle program, you will need to opt-out every semester.

The opt-out period for Fall 2024 will open on July 20, 2024, at 8:00 am and close on September 20, 2024, at 4:00 pm.

If you choose to opt-out, you must do so no later than 4:00 pm on September 20, 2024, no exceptions!

Please be aware that once you opt-out for the term, you will be unable to opt back in this term after September 20, 2024.

GRAM Bundle (Grambling Resources and Materials Bundle) is a course materials fulfillment program that lowers the cost of course materials and ensures students have their required course materials on the first day of class.
  • Register for your classes and the bookstore will start preparing your course materials
  • One month before classes start, you will receive an email instructing you to select your delivery preference (in-store pickup or shipped directly to you)
  • An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships
  • Your digital materials will be delivered for your course(s) within LMS
Currently, the program is available to undergraduate students only.

*GRAM Bundle is not available to Graduate Students.

The program does not include consumables that cannot be returned and reused such as lab goggles, dissection kits, molecular model kids, engineering kits or nursing kits.
All eligible students will be automatically enrolled in the GRAM Bundle.
No. The GRAM Bundle program is designed to be an all-in or all-out solution to bring affordability to campus.
Students can opt-out through the opt-out link https://sso.bncollege.com/bes-sp/bessso/saml/gramedu/fdcopt/logon. The deadline to opt-out for Fall 2023 is July 12 through September 15, 2023, no exceptions.
You may return the book(s) to the Bookstore. The terms and timelines that are currently in place will remain the same. If you drop a class and enroll in a different class, the bookstore will “swap” the required textbooks and codes so that you have what you need.

PAYMENT

The Bundle program fee will be added to the charges shown on your GSU student account. Just like other charges, it can be paid by financial aid or be paid for out of pocket. Supplies are not included in this program and will need to be purchased separately.
GRAM Bundle will cost $24 per credit hour. For example, a 12-credit-hour course load will cost $288.
Students will receive emails to remind them to verify their order. Students who do not verify their order and do not opt-out will still be charged the GRAM Bundle Fee.
Yes. If a student has verified their order and did not opt-out of the program, they will still be charged.
GRAM Bundle charges will be refunded in the same manner as tuition and fee charges are refunded.

MATERIALS

The program provides all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes and digital textbook versions to eligible students.
Yes, the program provides you with the option to purchase textbooks at a reduced rate during the return period.
Yes, you will still be required to return continuation course textbooks. You will be issued the same title for the next semester of the continuation course.
The university will work with Barnes & Noble to encourage those students to resolve their accounts with Barnes & Noble (e.g., The university may place a hold on the student account(s), message student(s) via all available communication methods, etc.) in order to maintain the value of the program.
The deadline to return all rental textbooks is the last day of finals. Students will receive email reminders about the rental deadline to their email address.
Orders cannot be processed until your order is verified. If you have already verified your order, call the bookstore (318) 247-1010 and give them your order number so they can check on the status of your order.
