The Grambling State University (GSU) Divine Nine Greek Challenge is an initiative
of the Office of Institutional Advancement designed to increase financial support
for the University’s Annual Fund (The Bring it Home Campaign). It has been designed
to engage alumni and students of the Divine Nine Greek Organizations in a friendly
fundraising competition.
Grambling State University is home to something special – our strong Greek community. Fraternities and sororities pass down traditions and ideas through the generations, provide a “home away from home” and forge bonds that last a lifetime.
What made your experience special? Was it attending the fraternity formals or participating in Greek activities? Did you meet your future partner? Did you get a chance to compete in step competitions? The Greek experience is different for everyone, but our passion is shared across the years.
It can be hard for students to afford rising tuition costs and deal with external pressures in addition to involvement in Greek Life, but a scholarship can make all the difference. Providing new students this opportunity will strengthen our University, while ensuring our Greek alumni network continues to grow.
