Grambling, LA – August 2, 2019 – Grambling State University, Louisiana’s top producer of African-American Computer Science graduates, will celebrate the start of construction on its new University Digital Library and Learning Commons Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of RWE Jones Drive and Central Avenue in Grambling, LA.
