We provide housing accommodations, meals, and recreational/meeting spaces for a variety of groups including athletic, academic, religious, and special interests each summer. Our desire is that you and your organization receive excellent customer service during your time on campus, as we work together to promote the mission of your organization and our University! Room Space Count and Assignments

Summer Camps & Conferences are based on available dates. Customer must provide estimated registrant numbers to the University sixty (60) days prior to planned camp/conference dates and approximate registrant numbers thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the camp/conference.  If a group fails to complete the count and notify the Camp Coordinator, the original numbers on the application will be  used as the minimum amount of spaces the camp is responsible for paying.Group must provide final registrant numbers (guarantee on housing & meals) to the university ten (10) business days prior to the commencement of the camp/conference. Group must also submit all registrant names to the University for the printing of ID  cards for all participants at least 10 days prior to commencement of the camp/conference.  All registrants  must have a visible ID Card while on University property. Registrant numbers should be sent to the University via email at francisc@gram.edu

If guaranteed attendance is not met, customer agrees to the following: Customer will be responsible for housing and food costs for 80% of the total guaranteed number of participants or the costs of the actual number of participants, whichever is greater. Please be as accurate as possible when submitting registrant numbers to limit any additional costs.

Camp Check-In & Camp Information

Check-In will occur in the residential facility assigned to that camp. The Camp Coordinator will reach out to the group leader if the location changes. Keys will be handed out to groups (churches, schools, etc.) rather than on an individual basis.

Keys - Lockouts

Each participate will be issued a slide key for their rooms.  Lost keys should be reported immediately to the Camp Coordinator to to receive a new key. The camp will be billed $10 for each lost keys or keys not returned at the end of camp. If you need assistance with a lock out, you must contact your assigned camper leader.

Maintenance

Should maintenance issues occur, the group leader will need to contact the GSU Camp Coordinator.

Supervision

All youth and high school campers must be supervised by an adult staff member at all times.
